Sozo ... pronounced "sode-zo" ... Greek for "salvation" (σώζω) or "to save, keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction." 

Sozo can refer to rescuing someone from danger, healing from sickness, or delivering from spiritual bondage. The word also implies making whole, restoring to health, and preserving.
